My returned sample is delayed in transit

Learn what to do if your sample is taking longer than expected to reach the lab.

Written by Nico

Rythm’s return labels are intended for overnight shipping, but FedEx may occasionally experience transit or tracking delays. A gap in tracking updates doesn’t mean your sample is lost.

Samples are validated to remain stable during shipping. When your sample arrives at the lab, we perform quality checks before processing to confirm that it meets our requirements for reliable results. Some delayed samples may not pass these checks and may be unsuitable for processing.

If tracking stops updating, your sample hasn’t reached the lab, or you’re notified that it can’t be processed, contact Rythm customer support. We can review the situation and help with next steps.
