FedEx may arrive at any point during your scheduled pickup window. If the window hasn’t ended, keep your packaged sample ready for collection.
If the window has recently ended, the driver may still arrive. Pickups can occasionally run 30–60 minutes late. If your sample still hasn’t been collected after that time, contact Rythm customer support for help with next steps.
Dropping off your sample instead
If you’re able to drop off your sample, use the FedEx location finder to find a nearby location that accepts FedEx packages.
Choose a staffed location where possible, such as a participating:
FedEx Office Print & Ship Center
Walgreens
Dollar General
Office Depot
Check the location’s hours and pickup schedule before visiting. A staffed location is preferred over a drop box. If no staffed location is available, an indoor FedEx drop box is the next option. Avoid outdoor drop boxes whenever possible.
