Your kit includes a prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight return label. After collecting and packaging your sample according to the kit instructions, you can arrange a pickup or take it to a FedEx location.
Return your sample the same day you collect it, ideally Monday through Thursday.
Scheduling a pickup
Scan the QR code on your sample bag.
Complete your sample collection details.
Select the option to schedule a FedEx pickup.
Enter your pickup information and any helpful notes, such as where the package will be located.
Select an available pickup window and confirm.
Dropping off your sample
Use the FedEx location finder to find a nearby staffed location that accepts your return. Check its hours and pickup schedule before visiting.
Use FedEx for your sample return. If you accidentally give your sample to another carrier, contact Rythm support promptly.
