Refund eligibility depends on whether this is your first Rythm purchase, whether you’ve used the kit, and the timing of your request.
Your first test: the money-back guarantee
Rythm offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases only. To qualify, you must meet all of the following conditions:
This was your first test with Rythm.
You completed the test by successfully collecting a sample and returning it to the laboratory.
You submitted your refund request within seven days of receiving your results.
Returning an unused kit from a later order
For subsequent orders, you must submit a refund form to request a refund.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to return your eligible unused product. You must follow those instructions to qualify for a refund.
Used kits, including kits for which a sample has been collected or returned to the laboratory, are not eligible for return or refund under this return policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged kits, missing items, or problems completing a test
If your kit arrives damaged, contains missing components, or is the wrong order, contact customer care promptly.
If an issue prevents you from completing your test, contact customer care for help. These situations are reviewed separately and may qualify for a replacement kit or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Receiving your refund
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
For approved product returns, refunds are issued within six weeks of receiving the returned product. After a refund is issued, your financial institution may take several business days to make the funds available in your account.
