If you collected your sample but forgot to register it, you can complete the registration from your Rythm dashboard.
Log in and go to Health Records.
Find the date you collected your sample and select Open.
Select Edit to access your intake form.
Review your information, including your collection date and time.
Select Save and continue.
Your collection details help the lab determine how to process your sample. Make sure they accurately reflect when you collected it.
If you can’t find your test or update the form, contact customer support.
