Why did my discount not apply?
A discount may not appear at checkout if:
Another promotion, referral discount, or credit is already applied.
The offer is limited to first-time customers.
The code is expired or not valid for the selected purchase.
The code was not entered before checkout was completed.
The purchase does not meet the offer’s eligibility requirements.
Only one discount, promotion, referral offer, or credit can be applied to an order. Discounts cannot be combined.
If you believe you had an eligible code or promotion that did not apply, contact our customer experience team with your account details and the code you expected to use. Our team can review and honor eligible discounts when applicable.
How do Rythm referrals work?
When someone uses your unique Rythm referral link to purchase a test, they automatically receive $20 off their order. You automatically receive a $20 referral credit in your Rythm account after their eligible purchase.
Referral credits do not expire, and there is no limit to the number of eligible referral credits you can earn. When a referral credit is applied to an order, it will appear on your invoice.
