Your test typically ships within one business day after your order is processed.
Once shipped, delivery generally takes approximately one additional business day. Most subscribers can expect their first test to arrive within about 2–3 business days total.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, FedEx transit schedules, weekends, and holidays.
You’ll receive a notification when your test ships and another when it arrives.
When Do I Need to Use It?
We recommend collecting and returning your sample within seven days of receiving your test whenever possible.
This helps keep your collection aligned with your testing schedule and supports timely return to the laboratory.
However, unused tests do not expire, so you can test when you’re ready.
For the smoothest return, we recommend collecting in the morning Monday through Thursday and handing your sample off to FedEx the same day whenever possible.
