  • Will I lose access to all features and perks on the Rythm dashboard?

  • You will maintain full access to your results, but you may lose access to some member perks.

  • If I skip a month or change my billing date, will I have access to the Rythm dashboard and all the perks?

  • Yes, skipping a month or changing your billing date does not affect your access to the Rythm dashboard and its perks.

  • Will I lose my pending referral earnings if I cancel?

  • Yes, cancelling your subscription will result in the loss of any pending referral earnings.

  • If I cancel, can I come back anytime?

  • Yes, you can reactivate your subscription anytime.

  • If I cancel, will my data be deleted?

  • No, your data will not be deleted. You can still access it via the PDF and CSV download options on the Health Records page.

  • If I've already been charged, will I get a refund when I cancel?

  • If you've already been charged for an upcoming kit when you cancel, no additional kits will be shipped and the payment will not be applied.

  • What if I receive a shipment notification after canceling?

  • If you receive a shipment notification after cancellation, it may have been sent in error. No additional kits will be shipped once your subscription is canceled, so you can disregard these notifications.

  • How can I get support after cancellation?

  • If you have any questions or issues after cancellation, you can still contact Rythm Health's support team directly for assistance.
