How to Reverse a Recent Charge

If you were charged and forgot to skip or move your billing date, you can reverse your charge before your kit is shipped. Simply message the Rythm team anytime at +1 (866) 740-3447 to request a reversal.

Reversing your charge will cancel the current kit order, and your next kit will be charged in 30 days.

Ensure you contact the team as soon as possible to avoid the shipment process starting.
