1. What is the Friends & Family Referral Program?
Our referral program is a way for you to share the benefits of Rythm with your friends and family. When someone uses your referral code to sign up, they’ll get $20 off their first order, and you’ll earn $20 off a future Rythm kit for each successful referral.
2. How do I find my referral code?
To locate your referral code, simply navigate to the Referrals tab on your sidebar. Your unique referral code will be displayed there.
3. How do I share my referral code?
Click the white button on the Referrals tab to copy your referral code. We’ve provided simple instructions and a direct link to our website, making it easy to share via text, email, or social media.
4. Can I see how much I’ve earned?
Yes! The Referrals tab will show your pending balance, which will be applied to your next order, as well as your total earnings from referrals.
5. Are there any limits to how many people I can refer?
No! There’s no limit to how many friends and family members you can refer. The more people you refer, the more rewards you’ll earn.
6. When will I receive my rewards?
Your $20 reward will appear as a pending balance as soon as your referral completes their first purchase using your code. This balance will be automatically applied to your next order.
7. Does the referral discount apply to all products?
No, the $20 off applies only to the first Rythm kit your friend or family member purchases.
8. Can I combine referral rewards with other discounts?
Referral rewards are applied separately from other promotions and discounts.
9. What happens if my friend forgets to use my referral code?
Send us a message with the details and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
10. How do I know if my referral was successful?
You can track the status of your referrals in the Referrals tab. It will show whether the referral is pending or completed and will update your balance accordingly.
