1. Full Refund Eligibility
Full Refund Window:
If you don't like our product, you are eligible for a full refund on your first order – refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your results.
2. Reversal of Your Latest Monthly Charge
Eligibility for Reversal:
You may request a reversal of your most recent monthly charge any time before your kit is shipped.
Once the kit has been shipped or if lab tests have been utilized, that monthly charge may no longer be eligible for reversal.
How to Request a Reversal:
Text or email the rythm health team.
3. Skipping Policy
Skip Limit:
You may skip up to 90 days at a time, allowing you to pause monthly blood draws or membership services without fully canceling.
Initiating a Skip:
Log in to your Rythm Health dashboard.
Select “Skip a month” under your membership billing settings, or select a duration (up to 90 days).
4. Cancellation & Refund Process
Initiating Cancellation:
Log in to your Rythm Health dashboard.
Navigate to your account billing, then select “Manage Shipping and Payment”.
Cancel your membership.
5. Refund Issuance
Original Payment Method:
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, after deducting transaction fees and a $5 service fee (typically $8–$10 total).
Bank Processing Times:
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
