If you need to adjust your billing date, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the Billing Page
Open your web browser and go to the following URL: https://app.rythmhealth.com/account/billing.
Log in to your account if prompted.
Change the Billing Date
On the billing page, locate the Next Bill Date field.
Click the down arrow next to the date to open a calendar dropdown.
Select your updated billing date from the calendar.
Options for Adjusting the Billing Date
Move Forward: You can set the billing date to the current day and get charged for a kit instantly if you need one as soon as possible.
Delay: You can delay your next kit for up to 45 days at a time.
