Rythm is a subscription that renews every 30 days. Your payment method is automatically charged for your next test on your scheduled billing date.
We send a reminder three days before each charge so you have time to review your schedule, update your payment method, move your next billing date, skip a test, or cancel your subscription.
What happens after I’m charged?
Once your payment is successful, allow:
1–2 business days for your order to process.
An additional 1–2 business days for your test kit to arrive.
Your payment must be successful before we can process and ship your next test.
How do I manage future charges?
You can review or adjust your schedule in your Rythm account:
Log in to your Rythm account.
Go to Account → Billing.
Review your next billing date and choose an option to manage your schedule.
You can schedule a future test date up to three months in advance. If you move your billing date to a later month, you won’t be charged for the months you skip.
