How do I complete my lab test?

How do I fill out the test requisition form?

What is the turnaround time for results?
Each lab has a different turnaround time, typically calculated from the date the sample is received. You can view a list of lab-specific turnaround times on Rupa’s website. Where can I view my results?
Once your results are ready, you’ll receive an email prompting you to log in to your Rupa Portal. From there, you can access all of your test information. If you run into any issues, message Rupa at [email protected] or contact the Rythm team for help.
How to Initiate a refund?
Send an email with the test name to [email protected] requesting a cancellation.
Rupa will verify if a refund is possible.
All cancellations must be requested within 365 days of payment to be eligible for a refund.
No refunds once a test sample arrives at the lab.
The refund will be for the test’s full price, returned to the original payment method.
The Rupa processing and ordering fee is non-refundable.
The Physician Services fee is non-refundable.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
