If you see two Rythm transactions, one may be a temporary authorization hold, or you may have placed two separate orders. Here’s how to check.
Check for a pending authorization
Your bank or card provider may show a temporary authorization hold alongside your completed charge. This hold confirms that your payment method is valid and isn’t an additional completed charge.
Check whether one transaction is marked pending and the other is marked completed or posted. If so, allow a few days for the pending hold to disappear. Timing varies by bank or card provider.
Review your order and payment history
Two charges on the same day or within a few days of each other may reflect separate orders. To review your completed charges and invoices:
Log in to your Rythm account.
Go to Account → Billing.
Select Manage Payment.
Scroll to Invoice History.
If you believe you placed a duplicate order, contact Rythm customer support as soon as possible. Include the email address associated with your account and details of the orders or charges.
If the duplicate order hasn’t been prepared for shipment, it may be eligible for cancellation and a refund. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, shipped, or used, its charge is no longer eligible for reversal.
